| The Orthopedic Express Return
and Exchange Policy is designed to ensure that you have a worry-free shopping experience
and to make your return or exchange as easy as possible. If you are not completely
satisfied with your product or products, you have 30 days from your order date to return
your products and we will reimburse your return shipping costs for all exchange requests
up to $1.95. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge any restocking charges for

Policy
All exchange requests must be received within 30 days from the original order date.
All exchange requests will be processed once they are requested from the "Exchange
Form" listed below. You will receive an e-mail confirmation which will detail the
exchange and any credits or charges that may be issued to complete the exchange. Please do
not return any products until you have received your new package as it will contain a
Return Merchandise Authorization form and a return label to make your exchange as easy as
possible.
Products returned to us for exchange will be
valued at 100% of the product sale price and a credit of $1.95 will be issued to cover
your return shipping charges. Shipping charges for the shipment of your initial order are
not considered in the value of your exchange. Due to the hygienic nature of our products
we cannot accept items that have been used.
Return Policy
All return requests must be received within 30 days from the original order date. All

listed below. You will receive an e-mail confirmation which will detail the return and the
credit that will be issued. Please do not return any products until you have received an
e-mail confirmation.

Currently all U.S. customers receive free
shipping if their order total exceeds $40.00. If after a return is completed and the total
of the order drops below $40.00, the normal cost of shipping ($5.95) will not valued or
credited in the return total.
Damaged Packaging
A 15% damaged packaging charge will be deducted on return and exchange credits if an item
is returned without original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.
