All exchange requests must be
received within 30 days from the original order date. All exchange requests will be
processed once they are requested from the Exchange Form listed below. You will receive an
e-mail confirmation which will detail the exchange and any credits or charges that may be
issued to complete the exchange. Please do not return any products until you have received
your new package as it will contain a Return Merchandise Authorization form and a return
label to make your exchange as easy as possible.
